Hofer wins Swiss Nationals Round 3

120 attended the battle for the third round of the Swiss Nationals in Gland (French part of Switzerland).
 
This is truly a rags-to-riches story where a racer started at the bottom due to a bad break, but through sheer skill and determination, beats out all comers to snatch the prize from them all.

Because of engine trouble with his Team Associated RC8B3 Team Kit, Patrick Höfer only qualified for the quarter-finals. On Sunday Patrick qualified for the half final. Patrick started from position 9 and placed his Team Associated RC8B3 just behind Kyosho’s Jeremy Pittet.
 
Patrick and Jeremy fought hard in the final. Finally Patrick won the race with 1 round in front of Jeremy Pittet and Jean-Marc Betticher. After 3 rounds Patrick leads the Swiss Nationals.
