Team Associated Sweeps 2 Motorama Classes

Motorama, the nation's largest all-indoor motorsports event, took place this past weekend in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The race, which is organized by Scotty Ernst, includes 1:10 and 1:8 electric off-road racing. Motorama consists of two practice rounds Friday and one qualifier, followed by three more rounds of qualifying Saturday and Triple A Mains on Sunday.

After some hard fought battles in the highly contested Modified 2WD class, Reedy/AE's Dustin Evans grabbed top qualifying honors and went on to win the first and third mains for the overall victory. Teammates Cole Tollard and Alex Kosciuszek rounded out the podium in second and third respectively, giving the new Associated B6.1D the podium sweep.

In 4WD Modified, Team Associated's Cole Tollard took TQ honors, but Dustin Evans won the first two mains for the overall victory. Cole Tollard finished second and Alex Kosciuszek third -- another podium sweep for the AE/Reedy trio.

In Modified SC, Dustin Evans took TQ and won the first two mains for the overall victory.
