2020 Reedy International Off-Road Race of Champions Lottery Drawing
Incredible! The pre-entries for the 26th running of the Reedy International Off-Road Race of Champions have been concluded. It is truly unfortunate that we are not able to accommodate all the racers who wish to participate. However, to provide a quality event with a reasonable timetable, entries must be limited.
The lottery entry lists include pre-qualified drivers who made the A mains last year, minimal sponsor exceptions, and the randomly drawn entrants, and is published here:
If you were one of the fortunate racers to have your name drawn to compete, payment is only accepted through RCSignup with PayPal. Once your entry is marked as eligible for payment on RCSignup, please log in to your account and follow the payment instructions. Payment is due by midnight PST, October 31, 2019. Remember, included with each confirmed and paid entry is a complete set of control tires and inserts for both 2WD and 4WD, along with a personalized grab bag from our event sponsors. As a courtesy to your fellow racers, please notify the organizer promptly if you are not able to attend so the next entrant on the waiting list can be contacted.
After the payment deadline passes, the Waiting List will be contacted in order to fill the unpaid positions in the event. Payment for Waiting List drivers will be due within 24 hours of email notification from the event organizer via your RCSignup email address.
Reedy Race Refund Policy
- Paid Entrants selected in the lottery drawing may receive a full refund (minus PayPal fee) for their paid entry up to the lottery payment deadline of October 31, 2019.
- Paid Entrants wishing to transfer their entry to the next person on the waiting list may do so without penalty through November 30, 2019. The payment transaction will be handled between Entrants.
- Between December 1, 2019 and January 12, 2020, 50% of a paid entry may be refunded (minus PayPal fee) and the next person on the waiting list will be contacted to fill the spot.
- No refunds will be given after January 12, 2020; however, the Entrant will still receive the personalized grab bag of items.
Invitational drivers that have registered may also confirm by logging in and paying via RCSignup. Invitational drivers that were unable to register before the deadline, but still wish to complete -- please notify the event organizer via firstname.lastname@example.org.
